Shellfish De La Mer Ltd is Ireland's leading seafood specialists and distributors.
Shellfish De La Mer was founded in 1987 by two local fishermen, Peter O' Sullivan-Greene, and Richard Murphy, whom continue to successfully manage this steadily growing business.
Through our commitment to innovation, product quality and customer service we have developed a substantial customer base in both the National and International retail, catering and wholesale markets.
Our core product is crab but, we currently produce over 140 different products. Being one of Ireland's leading specialist crab producers keeps us at the forefront of the seafood industry.
We are located on the scenic south west coast of Ireland and draw from some of the richest and purest fishing grounds in Europe.
