Since Shellfish De La Mer's establishment in 1987 we have come a long way in the production and maintenance of many facilitie which include:
-a 20,000 sq foot, HACCP approved processing facility.
-a fully integrated, state of the art, crab processing facility and the only one that has the full specialised line.
-a range of modern chilled and frozen cold storage facilities which aids preservation to service customers needs.
As our emphasis is on maintaining the product quality and natural pure flavour, we use a combination of manual and automated processing, but with higher importance placed on manual production.
