At present Shellfish De La Mer have been accredited with the HACCP standard of quality and hygiene.

As Shellfish De La Mer product quality is of a very high standard, we want to reflect this in every aspect of our production. Recently, we have been accredited with the BRC (British Retail Consortium) which is a higher standard of quality and hygiene.

This is a standard set by a group of retail chains in the UK, but is now known in many European countries and is recognised as being a very high quality standard.
